MCC NEET UG Counselling Registration 2026
By the Envision Career Counselling Team ยท Last updated: 31 July 2026
In short: MCC NEET UG counselling registration is done on the official portal mcc.nic.in. You register with your NEET UG roll and application number, pay a non-refundable registration fee plus a refundable security deposit, and then fill and lock your college choices. MCC counselling covers the 15% All India Quota, deemed and central-university MBBS/BDS seats โ separate from your state's own counselling.
What is MCC NEET UG counselling?
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), conducts centralised NEET UG counselling for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges, along with seats in deemed universities, central universities, ESIC, AFMC and other central institutes. Admission is strictly on the basis of your NEET UG All India Rank, category and the choices you lock.
This is different from state counselling, which each state conducts separately for its 85% state-quota seats and has its own registration, eligibility (domicile) and fees. Most aspirants register for both MCC and their state counselling to maximise their chances.

Common registration problems (and how to fix them)
OTP not received
Wait a couple of minutes and use โResend OTPโ. Confirm the mobile number is correct and has network; try again after clearing browser cache or switching to a different browser.
Payment failed but money deducted
Do not pay again immediately. Wait for the transaction to reconcile โ successful payments usually reflect within a few hours. If the status stays โfailedโ and the amount is not reversed, contact the MCC helpline with your transaction reference before retrying.
Wrong details / correction
Fields auto-filled from your NEET application generally cannot be edited here. Editable fields can be corrected until the round's window closes, so review the full form before final submission.
Forgot password
Use the โForgot Passwordโ link on the MCC login page and reset it using your registered details and OTP.
